The 1851 Navy revolver was one of the most commonly seen black powder revolvers of its time. It saw widespread use during the Civil War as well as with your average Joe defending his self in the wild west. The 1851 Navy was also the favorite choice for the famed Wild Bill Hickok. This model features a silver frame with engravings as well as engravings on the barrel, and cylinder. The latter of which depicts a Navy battle hence the model name. This model fires a .44 caliber round ball.

This Black Powder 1851 Navy reproduction from Cimarron features an all steel construction, checkered walnut grips, a 7.5″ barrel, and is chambered for a .44 caliber ball. This model is unique in that it features a silver colored frame, and has engravings present on the frame, barrel, and cylinder. This model features a 6 shot cylinder with a “safety notch” in between the cylinders allowing it to be safely carried with all 6 rounds loaded without fear of accidental discharge. This is a black powder only cap and ball percussion ignition revolver.
